Terms and Consitions - Gc Fashion
By accessing, browsing or placing an order on Gc Fashion, you agree to be bound by the Terms & Conditions. Gc Fashion reserves the right to amend or update the Terms & Conditions at any time without providing notice to you.
Please check stock & size availability with our customer service before placing any order or Gc Fashion will checked stock availability after order received. Gc Fashion try to update our product status as accurate as possible, but sometimes is out of our control especially in peak season and hot selling items. If you placed an order for products that are unavailable, Gc Fashion will send you an email as soon as possible. Exchange to other available or fully refund is allow, kindly confirm with our customer service for latest stock availability.
Color & Sizing
Gc Fashion attempts to display product images as accurately as possible. However, Gc Fashion cannot guarantee that the color you see matches 100% the product color, as the display of the color depends on many factors including the monitor you using. All measurement provide in the website is in cm. It is consider normal that measurements given might deviate from the actual products. Please allow +/-3 cm variance on sizes stated as all items are manually measured.
All local(Malaysia) orders take 10-12 working days(excluding public holiday & weekends) to process after confirmation of payment received. For shipping charges, please refer to Shipping for further details. For customers outside of Malaysia, you will be responsible for payment of import duties and/or sales tax(if applicable). Kindly consults with your local custom office.
Exchange & Return
Items sold are non refundable and exchangeable, only defective products allow for exchange. All our products are checked for defects before shipment. If you receive a defective/damaged/wrong merchandises, you must email Gc Fashion within 24 hours after receiving the items with photo attachment to be eligible for return or replacement. Our customer service will reply within 1-2 working days. Items can only be returned/exchanged upon the approval by our customer service & send back to us within 7 days after approval. Products to be returned must be in good condition(without wash, iron etc) with the original packaging intact and in a resalable condition. The item remain your responsibility until it is returned & signed by us. If we allow non defective item to be exchange, 30% restocking fee are subjected on each item at retail value.
